Angeline was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 23, 2015 at the Huron County Medical Care age 87 years. She was born March 21, 1927 in Zilwaukee, Michigan to the late Leon and Anna (Wrona) Cabala. She married Arthur L. Klass July 1, 1950 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. He predeceased her July 26, 2005. She was a member of Holy Family Church of Sebewaing and a former member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish – St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Angeline enjoyed living in the country where she would feed the wildlife, work in her garden, fish and spend time with her special dogs and cats. Surviving are three sisters and a brother; Frances Oldinski, Julia (Eugene) Mazurowski, Joan Spencer, Al (Charlene) Cabala, a sister in-law, Romualda Cabala, special friend, Joyce Simmons and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Daniel Cabala, sister in-law, Dorothy Cabala, two brother’s in –law; Stanley Oldinski, Daniel Spencer, a nephew, Bob Oldinski and her mother in-law and father in – law, Lawrence and Barbara Klass. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish – St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Fr. George Serour will officiate with private burial in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Bay City, Michigan
Ann peacefully passed on February 22, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born November 4, 1946 in Bay City to Alfred and Anselma “Sally” (Wisniewski) Nadobny. She was a graduate of Bay City Central High School, class of 1964. She furthered her education and graduated from Saginaw General Hospital Nursing School as a Registered Nurse in 1967. Upon graduation she was employed by Saginaw General Hospital and worked at several private medical offices before retiring in 2012 from Covenant Healthcare.
She is survived by her mother: Anselma “Sally” Nadobny, Bay City; one brother Fred (Sherry) Nadobny, Essexville; her three children: son John (Marcia) Mockaitis, Madison, AL; daughter Jill (Dale) Bischer, Midland, MI and son Dr. Reed (Krista) Mockaitis, Shelby, NC. Five grandchildren: Sydney Mockaitis, Ian Mockaitis; Luke Bischer, Liam Bischer and Eva Mockaitis; ex-spouse and dear friend, John Mockaitis, Bay City and many nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her father Alfred Nadobny.
Her mother, children, grandchildren and friends were all blessed to share their lives with their daughter, “Mom” or “Nana” and all will carry priceless memories with them. Mom lived for all her children and grandchildren and loved them very much. She always made holidays special with her favorite recipes and special “touches”; especially Christmas. She enjoyed counted cross-stitch, sewing, and quilting and blessed her whole family with many homemade items through the years that they will always treasure.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish- St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Fr. Jerzy Dobosz will celebrate Mass and private inurnment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call at the Ambrose Funeral Home on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at church on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. A Parish Vigil Service for Ann will be held Friday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to family wishes or “Leader Dogs for the Blind” which was dear to our mom’s heart.
The family would like to thank her private caregivers for the excellent care and love given to their mom. Special thanks for the entire staff at Heartland Hospice who cared for our mom over the last few months.

Don A. Bowman passed away peacefully with his son by his side on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the Bay Valley House Assisted Living at the age of 88. He was born July 20, 1926 in Fenton, Michigan to the late Cecil C. and Cora J. (Pillin) Bowman. Don married the love of his life the former Vivian J. Holbrook February 3, 1950. She predeceased him July 16, 2000. Don spent over 60 years in the Insurance Business as an Agent before retiring from the MCI Insurance Company. He was a member and Past President of the Bay City Lions Club, a member of the B.P.O.E. # 88, The K of C Council #414 and the MSU Alumni Club since 1949. Don truly enjoyed all the card games he played with his Lion friends over the years and the times he spent going to the casinos. He was an avid golfer and bowler. Don was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish- St. Vincent DePaul Church. Surviving is one son and a daughter in-law, Donald “Chip” (Lorena) Bowman, one sister, Gloria (Bernie) Frazee, four sister’s in-law; Carol (James) DeLong, Betty Holbrook, Rosemary Bowman, Connie (Larry) Sonnebend and his fiancé and special friend, Joyce Cook. He was predeceased by a brother and sister, Dean Bowman, Joyce Morgan, two brother’s in-law; Ray and Kenny Holbrook and his two pets, Satchmo and Champ. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at Bay Valley House Assisted Living for the wonderful care given to Don the past couple of years. They would also like to thank Americans Home Health and Hospice Care especially Kathy and Denise for their compassionate care. Barbara passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at The Carriage House of Bay City, age 84. She was born September 16, 1930 in Flint, Michigan to the late Elijah W. and Rosa (Webb) Brooks. Barbara married John D. Cojeen, Sr. in 1952 and he predeceased her. She was blessed with a beautiful singing voice starting back when she was at Flint Northern High School and North Baptist Church. Barbara also sang for several weddings and modeled in her earlier years. She worked at Michigan Bell, Bay Medical Care Facility and later provided home care to many family members and people in need. Barbara enjoyed cooking, traveling, singing and helping others anytime she could. She loved spending time with her children and her entire family. Everyone was welcome and she took care of you like you were her own. “Mom, we would like to thank you for your strong work ethics and teaching us it is always right to care for and give to others.”
Surviving are three children: Doug (Julie) Cojeen, Pam (Bob) Burke and Bruce (Bridgit) Cojeen, nine grandchildren: Jeff (Jen) Cojeen, Andy (Liz) Cojeen, Sara Cojeen, whom Barbara raised from infancy as her own daughter, Hannah, Carson and Harper Burke, Broderick, Brenna and Brooke Cojeen, two great grandchildren, Chloe and Colton Cojeen and one brother, Jay (Dolores) Brooks. Barbara was predeceased by a son, Kevin (Sheba) Cojeen, four brothers: John, William, Bernie and Richard Brooks and two sisters, Virginia Shelley and Marge Kitcher.
Per Barbara’s request, cremation has taken place. No services will be held at the Squires Funeral Home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to a College Scholarship Fund for Sara Cojeen in care of the family.

Mr. Lukowski passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region, age 80. He was born May 10, 1934 in Bay City to the late John and Helen (David) Lukowski. Anthony married Maxine F. Brzezinski in St. Francis Catholic Church in Traverse City on July 7, 1956 and she survives him. He was a veteran and served his country with the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Powertrain in 1989 after 25 years of dedicated service and was member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish-St. Stanislaus Church, PLAV and the League of Catholic Men and Women. Anthony was an avid Detroit Lions and Tigers fan. He also enjoyed planting flowers and squirrel watching. Anthony loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving besides his wife Maxine are three children: Alan (Connie) Lukowski, Brian Lukowski and Susan (Alan) Kusmierz, seven grandchildren: Matthew, Ryan, Nicole (Dan), AJ (Hallie), Lisa, Brad (Danielle) and Dylan, five great grandchildren: Valerie, Elizabeth, Elaina, Evelin and Calvin. Anthony was predeceased by a son, Anthony L. Lukowski, Jr., one sister, Virginia (Owen) Gwizdala and one brother, Stanley Lukowski.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish-St. Stanislaus Church. Fr. Rick Filary will celebrate Mass and Military Honors, under the auspices of the Bay County Veterans Council will follow in the main entrance of church. Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at her residence, age 60. The daughter of Ronald A. and Arlene L. (Heatley) Miller she was born on September 23, 1954 in Bay City and has resided here most of her life. Susan married Stephen E. Bennett in Saginaw on March 23, 1979 and he survives her. She enjoyed camping and loved taking care of her grandchildren who were one of the most important gifts in her life.
Surviving is her husband, Stephen, two daughters, Elissa (Rollie) Paeth and Stefanie (Ryan) Shephard, five grandchildren: Luke and Alicen Paeth, Bennett, Landen and Sydnie Shephard, her mother, Arlene Miller, one brother, Steven A. Miller, one sister, Sheila (Victor) Shorkey, two nieces and three nephews. Susan was predeceased by her father Ronald A. (Wenona) Miller, grandmother, Alice Heatley.
The Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Squires Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Floral Gardens Cemetery.
