     Tom passed away Friday, December 25, 2009, age 40 years.

     Surviving are his parents; Kathleen Mason, Dennis (Sandra) Booth, eight children; Shawn (Jennifer) Booth, Tabitha, Aubrey, Hope, Destiny, and Alec Booth, Justin Kerkau, Cayleb McQuire, a brother, Dennis (Michelle) Booth and a sister, Wendi Booth.  Tom was predeceased by a son, Austin Booth.

     A Memorial Service for Tom will be held Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 6:00pm at the Squires Funeral Home.  Rev. Kurt W. Eichinger will officiate.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 to 6:00pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered to “Family Wishes.”

Bay City, Michigan

 Raymond E. Stasik passed away on Christmas Eve surrounded by his family at the home of his daughter, just one block from his place of birth age 91 years.  Son of the late Stanley and Rosalie (Goik) Stasik he was born January 2, 1918 and resided in Bay City all of his life. He married the former Mary Rita Gentle February 14, 1942 in St. Mary’s Church and celebrated over 60 years of marriage.  She predeceased him April 1, 2002.  Ray served with the United States Army Combat Engineers in World War II in the Pacific Theatre on Okinawa and with the occupational forces in Japan.  He was an active member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Bay City for more than 70 years where he served as an usher and past President of the Holy Name Society.  He attended St Stanislaus Kostka School, graduated from Bay City Central High class of 1936, and the Bay City Junior College.  Ray was employed at the former Industrial Brown Hoist, Bay City Fire Department, United Welders, Jameson Tool, Linwood Tool and retired from Bay City Chevrolet.  Ray’s greatest joy was his family.  Following his retirement Ray enjoyed spending his time at Spring Valley Golf Course and Bay Lanes.  Ray was a member of the Bay City Bowling Association Hall of Fame, past City Champion in four decades 50’s 60’s 70’s 80’s and past State Polish Bowling Association all events champion.  He was a Life Member of the Knights of Columbus Council #414 and member of the American Legion Post 18 for more that 60 years. Ray was a long time member of St. Stanislaus Athletic Club and the Polish Legion of American Veterans.

  Ray is survived by six children Thomas( Nancy) Stasik of Frankenmuth  James(Jacquelyn) Stasik of Vicksburg, Richard (Janis) Stasik , Elizabeth (Robert) Pierson, Shirley (Thomas) Kostus, Barbara (Ronald) Gwizdala all of Bay City.  He leaves behind his grand children, Scott (Elizabeth), Chad (Stephanie), Jared (Julie) & Marc Stasik, Stephanie (Richard) Perdue, Jennifer Miller, Audra (Justin) Davis, Jeffrey Pierson, Brian (Anne), Matthew (Lyn) Kostus, Ashley (Brent) Goik, Abigail & Sarah Stasik, Ryan Gwizdala & fiancé (Sarah Hemstreet), Kathryn (Matthew) Bauer, Jon Gwizdala,  21 great grandchildren and a brother; Eugene (Catherine) Stasik of Jackson. He was predeceased by a son; John Charles Stasik, grandson; Stephen Michael Stasik and two brothers; Erwin and Stanley.

 The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 10am Monday December 28, 2009 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Bay City.   Fr. Craig Albrecht will officiate with private burial in Calvary Cemetery under the auspices of the Bay County Veteran’s Council.  Ray’s family will receive friends at Squires Funeral home on Sunday 1pm to 9pm and at the church on Monday from 9am untill the Liturgy at 10am.  There will be a K of C Bible presentation at 6:45 p.m. Sunday from the funeral home followed by a parish vigil service for Ray at 7:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the St Mary Church Building Fund or the Bay City Bowling Association Scholarship Fund.

Essexville, Michigan

 Florence Salogar passed away Wednesday December 23, 2009 at the Bay Medical Care Facility surrounded by her family age 99 years.  Daughter of the late John & Delia (Brashaw) Willette she was born August 8, 1910 in AuGres, Michigan.  She married Herman J. Salogar in 1931.  He predeceased her in 1977.  Florence was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, League of Catholic Women and Men and the Legion of Mary.

 Surviving are two children; Kathryn (Dr. George) Loan of Essexville, Michael (Kay) Salogar of Bay City, a son in-law; Ted Wazbinski, twelve grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren, eleven great – great grandchildren and two sisters in-law; Betty Ventrone and Helen Willette.  She was predeceased by a daughter; Patricia Wazbinski, a son; John Salogar, one great – great grandchild, two sisters and two brothers; Rosella (William) Miller, Emily (Harvey) Schumacher, Paul Willette and Walter “Judd” Willette.

 Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday December 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from St. John the Evangelist Church.  Fr. Xavier Goulet O.F. M. Conv. will officiate with private inurnment in Calvary Cemetery.  Friends may call at the church only on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of mass.  Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Bay City, Michigan

      Our beloved CeCe is resting peacefully in heaven.  She passed away Friday, December 18, 2009 at her home with her family by her side, age 63 years.  The daughter of Victor and Julia (Kaznowski) Piesik, she was born September 11, 1946 in Bay City.  She married Kenneth M. Kuehnemund on December 22, 1995 and he survives her.  CeCe was an inspector for Stalker Corporation for seventeen years and enjoyed spending time in her meditation garden.  She was an exquisite cook and loved to have her family and friends over to share her meals and time of fellowship.  CeCe loved her husband and family dearly.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

     Surviving besides her husband, Ken is two sons; Matthew (Dana) and Daniel (Tara) McKellip, four step-sons; Eric (Kelly), DeWayne, Chad (Michelle), and Ben (Erica) Kuehnemund, ten grandchildren, Alicia, Desa, Dayne, Eli, Ashtin, Allison, Eric “Bubba”, Amanda, Tyler, Alexandra and one on the way in February, Joyce’s mother, Julia Piesik, five sisters; Susan (Joseph) Jurkiewicz, Patricia (Richard Havercamp, Sr) Janowicz, Carol (James) McDonald, Nancy Piesik, Julie (Ernest) Morin, three god-daughters; Crystal Smith, Dr. Amy Janowicz, Dr. Bethany Lang, one god-son, Evan Morin, father in-law, Arthur Kuehnemund, two brother in-laws; Allan and Den (Bonnie) Kuehnemund, many nieces, nephews, and beloved dear friend, Gloria Gutchak.  Joyce was predeceased by her father, Victor Piesik, mother in-law, Betty Kuehnemund and her step-mother in-law, Beverly Kuehnemund.

     The Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 21, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Squires Funeral Home.  Pastor Joseph Atchinson will officiate.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 to 6:00pm.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to “Family Wishes.”

Bay City, Michigan

 Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister was called home to be with Lord on Tuesday December 15, 2009 at the Bay Regional Medical Center age 63 years.  Daughter of the late Joseph & Martha (Gruszka) Wysocki she was born March 14, 1946 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  She married Thomas E. Davis in 1988.  He predeceased her January 30, 2008.  Marcia was a former teacher and later was the owner of Visuron Technologies Inc. She enjoyed spending time with her husband flying remote control planes.  Marcia was very involved with the Greater Ohio Boxer Rescue Program.

 Surviving are four children; Tim Davis, Tina (Jeff) Cobb, Misi (Doug) Pena, Eddie Davis, five grandchildren; Derrick Davis, Tonya Cazares, Emmitt (Amanda) Harness, Cassidy & Joshua Pena, two great-grandchildren; Nathan & Caleb.  Also surviving are two sisters; Mary Wysocki, Marilyn (Kevin) Buettner and her two faithful companions they rescued, Ginger and Val.

 A Memorial Service will take place Saturday December 19, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ambrose Funeral Home.  Pastor Steve Malson will officiate.  Friends may call at the Ambrose Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.  Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Greater Ohio Boxer Rescue, Bay County Animal Shelter or Standish School District.

Bay City, Michigan    

     Mrs. Czarnomski passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009.  She was born July 10, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan.  Mary married Marian P. Czarnomski on August 2, 1952 and he predeceased her on March 31, 1994. 

     Surviving are five children; Linda Lujan, Laura (Robert) Andronaco, Nancy (Rosemary) Czar, Carol Oliver, and Alan (Silvana) Czarnomski, eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild and a brother, James Davis.  Mary was predeceased by a grandson, Lucas Lujan, one brother and three sisters.

     The Czarnomski family is planning a Memorial Service and Inurnment at a later date.
